What is the best place to stay on Cape Cod?

My family and I are planning our first trip to Cape Cod this year.

My daughter is 22 and not a big fan of beaches but she is a chef and loves everything culinary.

My son is 20 and loves the beach, fishing and anything related.

My wife (I won’t give her age) loves New England but definitely wants to get to Martha’s Vineyard while we there.

So I really need to know what the best area would be to stay, we will most likely rent a house.

Any advice would be appreciated.

” Outer Cape”
by: Anonymous The ” Outer Cape” is a great location, very laid back, great beaches and restaurants. There is plenty to do here without having to get into to much traffic. Golf, Sport Fishing, Artist and Galleries, History, Windmills and so much more.
The Cape Cod national Seashore is here as well as Cape Cod Bay, the beaches are great.

What town is mid cape?
by: Anonymous I also have never been there and we are planning to stay there in Septemeber for a few days. We are senior citizens and like to visit quaint places and my husband wants to go to Nantucket. What town do you suggest that we stay in?

Mid Cape the place to stay
by: Anonymous I would suggest staying mid cape allows you to hop on the ferries out of Hyannis and spend a day in Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Midcape also gives you the oppurtunity to do day trips such as Cape Cod National Seashore, Provincetown, or the Cape Cod Rail Trail

Try some of the cottage colonies such as Great Island Ocean Club or Dennis Seashores

      Hi Trish,

We know that feeling all too well!

We have owned homes in both Brewster and Eastham and loved both areas!

We have worked with an amazing Realtor, let us know if you would like us to refer you to him.

      Warm Regards,

      John
