Ok, well our story is a probably a bit different than other on here…………
We live in Ontario Canada(near the Peace Bridge) and on Monday August 10th, 2009, we decided to go on a road trip to Boston and Cape Cod at 9:30 am, we were all(all 6 of us, 2 parents and 4 of our 5 kids 14, 12, 3 1/2 and 16 months) showered packed and in the van by noon.
We stopped in Boston that night without knowing where to stay, found a place(Ramada) and the next day after having lunch at Cheers we were on our way to Cape Cod.
When we got there( we stayed in West Yarmouth), we couldn’t believe how much there was to do and see there.
We really only had one day to do stuff as we had to leave to be home for our daughters soccer finals on the thursday night, but OMG there was so much to see and do.
We had such a GREAT time in our short visit, that on our way home, we had already decided to go back next year as a planned vacation and do all the stuff we couldn’t in the 48 hours we were there.
If anyone has any recomendations on house rental, things to do and beaches to go to for our children’s ages we would greatly appreciate it.
I want to get something booked ASAP!!
I so can’t wait to return, we had such an awesome time in our short visit!!
